• A graduate of law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
• A member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Kinga Morlińska has an extensive experience in conducting criminal trials as a defender and as an auxiliary prosecutor, as well as an invaluable experience as a family and estate attorney.

Kinga Morlińska also lectures at the following universities

• At the University of Physical Education in Warsaw

  Holding lectures on law in tourism and the consequences of breach of obligations and possible criminal liability related to the profession of a physiotherapist.
   

• At the University of Hotel Management and Gastronomy in Warsaw

  Holding lectures on the protection of intellectual property and law in tourism.
